All you ever see in the most popular fitness magazines is “Secret To Great Abs” but it hardly ever gives you the correct answer. Normally its a fold out workout that includes 10 different ways on how to do a crunch. The real answer to having a great core is dedication and good nutrition. You can do 1000 reps of any ab exercise, but you won’t see real results unless your nutrition is on point. Learn how to balance your daily nutrition, and treat your core like any other muscle group and give it some rest. Its unnecessary to work your abs everyday!

Dumbbell Front Raise

Here is a video tutorial of the Dumbbell Front Raise. This is a great exercise to build, and define your anterior deltoids. By adding this exercise to your shoulder routine you will help accomplish a great cut between the front of your deltoids and your pectorals.
